About Us

Public Employee Benefits Cooperative (PEBC)

PEBC was created in 1998 and works diligently to keep benefits costs affordable. We are dedicated to providing choice, flexibility and value as we strive to manage costs in an era of double-digit health care increases. Our services include centralized administration, medical, dental, vision, FSA and life insurance. PEBC member groups include Dallas County, Tarrant County, the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA), Denton County, and Parker County.
