Dental Plans
You have two dental plans from which to choose: DeltaCare USA DHMO and Delta Dental PPO. The Dental HMO Plan is a copayment plan which offers a wide range of dental benefits through a network of participating dentists. The Dental PPO Plan offers access to both in-network and out-of-network dentists without copayments or referrals. If you see an out-of-network dentist, you pay a greater share of the cost.
