Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is completely confidential and is provided to active employees at no cost, regardless of the medical plan you selected.  Even if you opt out of medical coverage, the EAP is available to you.  When you call, a customer service representative will ask a few questions and connect you with the right EAP solution for you.  If you like, you can meet face-to-face with a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas network counselor, therapist or psychologist, up to five times per incident, per calendar year.  You can even schedule a private telephone or Web-video meeting if it is more convenient. The EAP also has experts available via telephone to help you with work and life services, such as child or elder care assistance, certain financial and legal services, and identity theft recovery services.  Self-help and interactive learning programs are also available to you when you want them.  Just call 844-213-8968 for assistance or log in by selecting EAP Online below.
