PEBC Group Senior Plans
For 2025, you have two Blue Cross and Blue Shield Group Medicare Advantage plans from which to choose: Blue Cross Group Medicare Advantage Open Access PPO (MPO) or Blue Cross Group Medicare Advantage HMO (PMA).
Retirees must be enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B.

PEBC PPO Plan
Available only to dependents not entitled to or eligible for Medicare as long as retiree is enrolled in either the Blue Cross Blue Shield Group Medicare Advantage (PPO) or the Blue Cross Blue Shield Group Medicare Advantage (HMO). We refer to the combined plan as MPD (retiree enrolled in Medicare Advantage PPO with spouse enrolled in PPO) or PMD (retiree enrolled in Medicare Advantage HMO with spouse enrolled in PPO). If you enroll your spouse in the PPO Plan, a Spouse Medical Plan Surcharge Affidavit is required.
